Olee Law is designed to handle sensitive documents safely, from upload to the cited answer your team reads.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to Olee Law is served over HTTPS/TLS. Documents, questions and answers are never sent in the clear.
Isolated per organization
Every workspace is separated. One organization can never see another’s documents, answers, marks or usage.
Private storage
Uploaded documents live in private storage and are only ever served through short-lived signed URLs to people who may access them.
Access control
Grant "can ask" and "can upload" per store, per member or team. Departments stay isolated; changes are staged until you save and written to the audit log.
Grounded, no leakage
Answers are drawn only from the stores a member is permitted to see. Your content is not used to train third-party models.
Consent & audit
Members e-sign a data-protection consent on first login, and every access and permission change is recorded.
